Shipping policy
Orders placed before 11AM (Eastern Time) are processed on the same day and shipped on the same day. Personalized products such as engraving require an additional business day for processing. Weather and natural causes can delay order processing. The NSLS is not responsible for carrier delays during transit.
Shipping rates are determined by the destination of the order and the total weight of the order. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice at any time.
Shipping Protection is an optional service fee that covers your package against loss, theft, or damage in transit. If something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to quickly resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
Please note: The NSLS is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in transit. Without shipping protection, claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and shipping warranties are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and shipping warranties purchased will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
